ORDERS & PAYMENTS

In what currency are your prices listed? All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£). The price you see at checkout is final, with no hidden exchange fees.

Which payment methods do you accept? For your security and convenience, we accept the following payment options:

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

How do I place an order? Simply select your favorite items, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout. After entering your shipping and payment details, you will receive an immediate order confirmation via email.

Can I cancel my order? Cancellations depend on your order’s current status:

  • Before Shipment: If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us at  support@sophierobson.com for a full, immediate refund.

  • After Shipment: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. Please wait for the package to arrive and follow our standard Return Process.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally? Currently, Sophie Robson ships exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

What are the shipping costs? We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all UK orders. Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order? Our estimated delivery window is as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

  • Transit Time: 5–9 Business Days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–11 Business Days

Please note: While we aim for these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather or postal processing.

How can I track my package? Once dispatched (typically within 48 hours), we will email you a tracking number. Use this on our "Track Your Order" page for real-time updates.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please contact our support team at  support@sophierobson.com.

  • International Returns: Please be aware that our central return facility is located in China.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (typically £15–£20), unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund immediately—no return shipping costs required.
