After Shipment: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. Please wait for the package to arrive and follow our standard Return Process.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, Sophie Robson ships exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
What are the shipping costs? We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all UK orders. Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (typically £15–£20), unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund immediately—no return shipping costs required.
