Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@sophierobson.com.
- Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method right away.
- After Shipment: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be intercepted. Please wait for the package to arrive and follow our standard return process to receive your refund.
Return Guidelines
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once this 30-day period has passed.
Return Costs & International Returns
Please note that our inventory is shipped from our international fulfillment center. All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in China.
- Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (unless the item is defective).
- Estimated costs: Shipping from the U.K. to China typically ranges between £15 and £20, depending on your chosen carrier.
How to return
- Email support@sophierobson.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide you with a Return Form and the specific warehouse address in China.
- Items must be sent using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 7 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened intimate apparel, such as underwear or socks.
