Shipping Destinations & Rates: We currently ship exclusively to customers within the United Kingdom.

  • Shipping Fee: We are pleased to provide Free Shipping on every order. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Delivery Estimates: Please note that our inventory is held in our international fulfillment center.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 10:00 PM GMT -5 (New York)

  • Processing Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

  • Transit Time: 5 - 9 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

  • Total Delivery Time: 6 - 11 Business Days

Shipping & Tracking Method: Your order is dispatched via our international logistics partners and handed over to Royal Mail for final-mile delivery within the UK.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, please email support@sophierobson.com immediately. If the package hasn't left our facility, we will process a full refund.
  • In Transit: Once an order is shipped, we cannot stop or redirect the delivery. In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and follow our standard Return Process.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.

  • Note: We reserve the right to deduct the actual cost of the failed delivery attempt from any potential refund if you choose not to have the item reshipped.

Lost or Missing Shipments: In the rare event that your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, or if it appears lost in transit:

  1. Contact us at support@sophierobson.com within 7 days.
  2. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
  3. If the package is confirmed lost, we will immediately provide a free replacement or a full refund.
